Let's face it- anybody can go out and buy or hire DJ equipment and call themselves a DJ. Unfortunately, not many people have the experience, talent and skills to use those tools effectively at a wedding reception.
Although top quality equipment is critical for reliability and effect, it is the operator who makes the difference. You wouldn't hire a builder to build your house based on which brand of hammer he used!
You can be rest assured that all of our DJ's use top of the range equipment this is for three reasons:
Reliability: The equipment is used week in week out, they need be confident that when we arrive at a venue that it will work.

Performance: By purchasing quality equipment we know that the sound system will have great clarity, yet offer plenty of punch when required. The lightshow will fill the room with vibrant colors and can be controlled by the DJ for optimum effect.
Due to the quality of the equipment purchased we have never had a piece of equipment fail on us yet! But for your peace of mind we carry a back up of all of the essential items that we use such as CD players / laptops so if for any reason an item isn't working your DJ has a standby unit on-site.
For those of you who are interested in, or have knowledge of disco equipment, our DJ's mainly use an RCF sound system with the lighting manufactured by Martin.
